The flat lid is also removable so the BBQ can also function as an open or teppanyaki grill.

The grate and and flat plate cast iron cooking surface has been slightly angled to create the built-in oil management system that allows any excess cooking oils to drain down in to the reservoirs at the front of the cooking surface which can then be simply lifted out to be emptied.

The cast iron used in the cooking surface guarantees fast heat up times and superior heat retention to give consistent cooking with the cast iron cooking surfaces also being simple to clean so it is easy to keep the barbecue looking it's best with only minimal basic care and attention being needed.
