Each of the four controls feature power level indicators to make guesswork a thing of the past and ensure perfect results every time the barbecue is used whatever the occasion. Those four controls, with their laser etched power level markings, ensure that precise heat distribution is achieved from the six powerful burners sitting below the state-of-the-art cooking surface so that foods will always be cooked thoroughly throughout and to taste.

One feature that can seen seen throughout Beefeater's gas barbecue range which the Beefeater Signature ProLine Series - 6 Burner Flat Lid Gas BBQ has had no need to change is the reliable cast iron grill and cast iron hotplate, which gives a 50/50 split between the two surfaces, which makes up it's cooking surface.

The grate and and flat plate cast iron cooking surface has been slightly angled to create the built-in oil management system that allows any excess cooking oils to drain down in to the reservoirs at the front of the cooking surface which can then be simply lifted out to be emptied.

The cast iron used in the cooking surface guarantees fast heat up times and superior heat retention to give consistent cooking with the cast iron cooking surfaces also being simple to clean so it is easy to keep the barbecue looking it's best with only minimal basic care and attention being needed.
