Eligibility Criteria

How To Purchase On Finance

Interest Free Credit is available on orders over £450 - Classic credit is available on orders over £350

1. Add the required items to your shopping basket

2. Enter your name and address, please note delivery can only be made to the address on the finance application.

3. Select the finance checkout option at the bottom of the page.

4. Complete the finance application with V12 and pay them the deposit. A decision will be made and checkout completed.

5. Upon succesful completion your order will be processed and despatched in the normal way whilst you continue to make the monthly payments.

Delivery

We will only be able to despatch items to the address on the finance application.

We will be unable to send items to an alternative address or collected from an alternative location.

We can only despatch your goods once we have received approval from V12 Retail Finance that the application has been completed.

The application must be completed before any despatch cut off times.

Declined Transactions

V12 Retail Finance will notify you if your application for finance has been declined. V12 Retail Finance do not inform us as to why the application has been declined. Possible reasons for your application to be declined may include :

You do not meet the eligibility criteria.

adverse credit reference agency information;

Your credit score;

You are considered to be overcommitted; or

Your existing account performance with other lenders.


If you wish to appeal the decision made by V12 Finance, it is advised you obtain an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to V12 Finance. Mistakes can happen when inputting an application (such as spelling errors or incorrect house numbers) and this can lead to a declined decision. In the rare instance that this might have happened, please contact the V12 Retail Finance underwriting team on 02920 468916.

Finance Terms and Conditions

Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved.

We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time.

Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).

If your item is faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you have received a faulty or misdescribed product you will be entitled to a full refund, but this right is limited to 30 days from when the product is received.

If you feel you have received a faulty or misdescribed product then please contact our customer support team.

In the unlikely event, you are still dissatisfied and your agreement is regulated by the FCA, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.

This should be done straight away but must be within six months from the date of our final response. Further information regarding the Financial Ombudsman Service can be found on their website.
