Pallet Delivery Information
Important information about the delivery of larger and heavier barbecues.
Large barbecues weighing over 30kg may be delivered on a pallet to help protect the product while it is being transported.
Your order will normally be delivered to the nearest suitable point at the delivery address using a tail-lift vehicle and pallet truck.
The delivery driver will be unable to unpack the product, carry it into your property or remove the pallet and packaging.
The items delivered will be left on the pallet.
The driver must be able to reach the delivery point safely using a large delivery vehicle and manual pallet truck.
- Pallet deliveries cannot be moved across soft ground such as grass, gravel or soil.
- Delivery cannot be made where it is illegal or unsafe for the vehicle to park or unload.
- The access road and unloading area must not be unstable, soft or muddy.
- The access road must not be on a steep incline.
- Access must provide at least 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
Please ensure that somebody is available to accept the delivery and that the route to the unloading point is clear.
You may need assistance to move the individual product components from the pallet after delivery.
