The roasting hood of the BeefEater Signature ProLine Series - 6 Burner Roaster Hood Gas BBQ means that the barbecue is designed be used with the lid closed so that it ideal for both the direct cooking of foods, which will generally take less then 20 minutes and indirect cooking that is recommended for foods which need to be cooked with a longer cooking time.

The grate and and flat plate cast iron cooking surface has been slightly angled to create the built-in oil management system that allows any excess cooking oils to drain down in to the reservoirs at the front of the cooking surface which can then be simply lifted out to be emptied.

The use of cast iron in the cooking surface guarantees fast heat up times and superior heat retention to give consistent cooking with cast iron cooking surfaces also being simple to clean so the barbecue can be kept looking it's best with only minimal basic care and attention being needed.
