When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally delivered on a next working day basis however please read more on our delivery information page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can but please be quick and CALL US - please DO NOT EMAIL. Once your order has reached a certain point within the despatch process, we are unable to stop it from being despatched. Please phone as soon as you can so we can try to help. If your order has been despatched then you can return it to us - please see our returns page for more information.

What gas bottle do I need?

The majority of our gas barbecues are supplied with a 27mm Clip On propane regulator - Click here to read more about Gas Bottles. Please check each gas barbecue for specific information on gas supply.

Can I change my order?

Again yes you can but please be quick and CALL US - please DO NOT EMAIL. Once your order has reached a certain point within the despatch process, we are unable to stop it from being despatched. Please PHONE as soon as you can so we can try to help.

I have a voucher code I want to use

Please note our voucher codes do not apply to all products listed on our website - please read our voucher code terms and conditions. Subscribe to our mailing list to be kept informed of latest voucher codes and promotions.

How is my order delivered?

The large majority of our parcels are despatched by courier via small parcel courier or pallet delivery. Read more about the delivery process on our delivery information page.

Can I view your products anywhere?

Our products can be viewed at our store in Clitheroe however please note we do not have the full range in store. If you intend to visit please contact us at least 24hrs before so that we can ensure the products you wish to view are available in store.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses

Can I have a VAT export?

Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed by HM Revenue and Customs, mail order and internet sales are not eligible to be included in the Retail Export Scheme. Please visit the HMRC website for more information.
