On occasions our delivery companies will take photographs of the outside of your property to assist with the delivery process and ensure that they have located the correct address when you are unable to accept the parcel. This photograph will not be posted or circulated and will only be used to verify the delivery process. These organisation are under strict obligations to keep your personal information private.

We use a third party company to facilitate the process of sending emails regarding exciting offers and news about our company. Currently we only make contact through email. You can consent to receive these emails during the checkout process or opt out at any stage, either by following links from our website or by unsubscribing from the email directly.

We also use third party companies to contact you by email to ask you to leave a review on a product once your order has been completed. We will never pass your personal details including email address onto companies outside of this scope.

We retain your personal information and order information for up to 10 years. We do this as a large number of our products offer a long term manufacturer warranty. To enable us to support you in any warranty claim your order information will be held. However we will make every effort to delete personal identifiable information for no longer than is required or at the earliest opportunity.
