The Broil King Regal 590 Black features 4,032 sq. cm of primary cooking surface, heavy duty cast iron cooking grids, a warming rack, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, 5 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, stainless steel side shelves, and an enclosed cabinet base plus illuminated control knobs and stainless steel ignition switch.
The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversable sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting.
