The Broil King Cast Iron Griddle - Side Burner is a reversible cast iron griddle with matte porcelain coating designed to expand the range of cooking options on a Broil King gas side burner with a rectangular trivet.
The Broil King Baron Side Burner Griddle has been created to be used with 2021 and newer Broil King Imperial, Regal, Baron, Signet and Monarch models equipped with a side burner.
It is fully reversible with a flat side for frying plus a ridged side for side for grilling and will be easily removed on and of the side burner with a separately purchasable Broil King Grid Lifter - 60745 which will double as a removable handle.
