At the heart of the Royal 320 Shadow are three patented stainless steel Dual-Tube burners, delivering a combined 8.8kW main burner output. Broil King's Linear-Flow valves with 180-degree control allow precise adjustment of the heat across the grill, making it easier to create different temperature zones for searing steaks, cooking burgers and sausages or preparing more delicate ingredients at lower temperatures.

Heat is distributed across the cooking surface by Broil King's stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, which helps provide even heat distribution while vaporising cooking juices to create the unmistakable barbecue flavour associated with flame grilling. Above this sit durable Flav-R-Cast iron cooking grids, providing a robust cooking surface capable of retaining plenty of heat for impressive searing results.

With 3,355cm² of total cooking space, including a 2,258cm² primary cooking area, there's plenty of room for preparing a varied barbecue menu. The integrated Deluxe Accu-Temp thermometer allows you to keep an eye on the temperature inside the barbecue without repeatedly opening the lid, helping maintain more consistent cooking conditions.

The Royal 320 Shadow is built around a rugged Therma-Cast aluminium cook box and finished with a smart, contemporary dark appearance. Resin drop-down side shelves provide useful preparation space when cooking and can be folded away when the barbecue isn't in use. An enclosed cabinet with a black chrome epoxy-painted door keeps the lower section neatly concealed, while two heavy-duty wheels and two locking castors make positioning the barbecue straightforward.
