Weber Poultry Wood Chip Blend - 0.7kg have been specially created to be the perfect blend to add a mild hint of sweet, smoky flavour to all poultry dishes. It blends woods from broad leaf fruit tree wood chips to create a caramel aroma making it perfect for adding extra taste depth to chicken breasts, turkey or roast duck.

Adding flavoured wood chips to the bbq or smoker to experiment with additional flavour depths will makes barbecuing even more tasty and exciting. Simply soak the chips in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.

Weber Poultry Wood Chip Blend - 0.7kg are delivered in a re-sealable bag to keep the flavours sealed in between smoking sessions.
