The Weber Hickory Wood Chips - 0.7kg will add a sharp hit of the rich taste of hickory to deliver a heavy bacon like smoke flavour making them excellent for smoking meats such as beef, pork and venison.
Adding flavoured wood chips to the bbq or smoker to experiment with additional flavour depths will makes barbecuing even more tasty and exciting. Simply soak the chips in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.
Weber Hickory Wood Chips - 0.7kg are delivered in a re-sealable bag to keep the flavours sealed in between smoking sessions.
