Ooni Premium Hardwood Pellets - 3kg are what Ooni themselves use to power their pellet-fuelled Ooni Pizza Ovens as these pellets will light easily, burn efficiently and produce very little waste ash. They are Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification certified to ensure they are sustainably produced, and are manufactured to ENplus standards.
One bag of Ooni Premium Hardwood Pellets - 3kg will last for a good 2-3 hours of continuous cooking plus you can get the first pizza done with just 300g of pellets. The pellets are 'food safe' and suitable to use in pellet-fueled Ooni Pizza Ovens,Ooni Fyra 12 and Ooni 3, as well as other pellet grills and barbecues.
Please note not all Ooni Pizza Ovens are compatible with pellets.
All pellets are contained within heavy weight paper bags which are then packed into a cardboard box for protection in transit with the courier.
On occasions the bag can split during transit and whilst no pellets will be lost due to the cardboard box, we strongly recommend the box is opened in an area where any dust from the pellets will not cause damage.
