The everdure by heston blumenthal 4K Orange wraps a sleek cool to touch exterior around a complex array of hardware with tried and tested features including 2 x 304 grade stainless steel grills, 2 x matte vitreous enamel grills, a 33cm cordierite pizza stone/heat deflector and water container all carefully monitored and controlled by a state of the art digital control system with a tempered glass touch screen display with LED lights showing both oven and food temperatures. Included multi level racks allow layered cooking for different foods and in addition internal lighting, and charcoal tongs are all included.
This robust machine has been solidly constructed from die cast aluminium plus thick gauge metal while the unique insulation design reduces heat transfer to the external body at the sides and the front. More charcoal can easily be added during cooking without having to open the grill disrupting cooking temperatures through the side loading port or use it to add soaked wood chips for more taste sensations. An auto-locking hood provides a tight seal avoiding unnecessary heat loss for further efficiency with the maintenance of consistent cooking temperatures.
Rapidly fired up with a Fast Flame Ignition to electrically ignite the charcoal for a quick get away the unrivalled airflow control system makes turning the heat up or slowing it down a simple process as both top and bottom vents are precisely numbered for a more balanced and responsive flow of air for complete control plus there is an electric oven mode for more conventional convection cooking
Precise control over the cooking process can be maintained by the ambient and integrated probes which monitor both air and food temperatures via the touch glass control panel and LED display. There are 2 discreet probes in the hood and 4 removable probes internally with all data being able to be be viewed remotely through Bluetooth connectivity via an app that also is full of information to help get the best of out the food being cooked including advising on temperature control, charcoal management and recipes.
