The Weber Performer GBS 57cm takes the versatile and luxury charcoal barbecuing experience of the Weber Master-Touch then makes it even better by adding a cart with a fold down metal side table for greater practicality and versatility making a superb easy to use charcoal barbecue.
Weber have constantly developed their original 1952 heritage kettle design using all their knowledge of charcoal grilling gained over the last 60 years so the Performer GBS 57cm with its versatile Gourmet Barbecue System cooking grate, which gives the option of adding a separately purchasable Sear Grate, Griddle, Poultry Roaster, Wok or Pizza Stone, is one of it's latest developments.
The two Char-Basket fuel holders which are included with the Performer GBS 57cm give the ability to move the heat source in the kettle to easily change from direct to indirect cooking so roasting or baking are an option along with the more typical direct cooking used for the grilling of sausages, burgers or steaks.
The distinctive Weber Kettle design may look very familiar, but features such as the stainless steel One-Touch cleaning system, Tuck-Away lid holder and rust proof removable ash catcher bring the Weber Performer GBS 57cm very much up to date.
