The Buschbeck Plancha Cooking Ring For Fire Pits - 80cm is a 80cm diameter heavy duty plancha style cooking ring is designed to be used with a Buschbeck 60cm fire pit (not included). Manufactured from a very thick 4mm self oxidising steel this plancha style cooking ring brings a whole new dimension to cooking on an open fire by partially covering the outer edges of the fire so the cooking becomes hot and comes up to cooking temperature very quickly.

The Buschbeck Plancha Cooking Ring For Fire Pits - 80cm is suitable for cooking virtually anything for example from meat, fish and vegetables to pancakes making the Buschbeck plancha the perfect addition for both Buschbeck 80cm fire pits. Before and after use simply wipe down applying a very fine layer of cooking oil to protect the surface.
