The Weber Gourmet BBQ System has been developed by Weber to expand the options for the ways in which you can use your barbecue.

The system works by having replacement grates to retro-fit into, just lift out the old ones and drop in, your Summit which can be used in the usual way or can have a central section removed to insert a separately purchasable wok, sear grate, griddle, pizza stone or poultry roaster.
