Above all, this also comes with wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top and a cooking chamber door.
In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation.
