The combined 20kw heat output split over the two gas burners of a Hot Wok Double 10 KW Burners provides true cooking power for any simmering, grilling, or wok cooking needs to give real creative outdoor culiinary freedom. To give that versatility each burner ring has been specially desiged so that it will function as both a wok ring, for round-bottom woks in 30 cm and 35 cm, and as a flat burner ring, for flat-bottom pots, pans and grill plates, ensuring that each ring has two independent functions. Please note - Wok pans are not included and must be a separate purchase
