Hot Wok have introduced the powerful Hot Wok Double 10 KW Burners to give double the power plus double the flexibility being developed for any one who needs maximum heat and versatility for outdoor cooking with it's 18kg total weight making it a perfect choice for street food traders or any occasion when large quantities need to be cooked outdoors.

The combined 20kw heat output split over the two gas burners of a Hot Wok Double 10 KW Burners provides true cooking power for any simmering, grilling, or wok cooking needs to give real creative outdoor culiinary freedom. To give that versatility each burner ring has been specially desiged so that it will function as both a wok ring, for round-bottom woks in 30 cm and 35 cm, and as a flat burner ring, for flat-bottom pots, pans and grill plates, ensuring that each ring has two independent functions. Please note - Wok pans are not included and must be a separate purchase

The construction of the Hot Wok Double 10 KW Burners is solid cast iron with components, such as the control taps, in brass and other durable materials to deliver both raw strength and long-lasting durability when simple, basic maintenance is followed carried out

It is important to maintain a HOT WOK burner regularly to avoid surface rusting and flash rusting on the cast iron. It is recommended to use suitable products for surface care and protection to keep the burner looking good and functioning optimally for many years.

Small parcel orders will be despatched using DPD LOCAL who will provide email and SMS updates, giving you the option to amend or reschedule your delivery.

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
