Our innovative dual chambered design directs heat from the fire chamber around the cooking chamber providing consistent and even temperature for optimal cooking. The convection controlled cooking chamber has multiple racks allowing you to cook several dishes at once.
The solid-weld construction uses 2.5 millimeter of 304 & 441 stainless steel reinforced with a 5-millimeter Corten steel panel and heavy-duty Cast Iron doors. This provides you with years of durable, rust-free performance.
A full 12 centimeters insulation surrounds the cooking chamber to maximize heat retention and cooking efficiency. Our oven are so well insulated that the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.
The smallest details can make a big difference. Fontana ovens include a stainless steel chimney damper & a sliding cooking chamber damper for maximum heat retention and precise temperature control. We electro-galvanize our metals before powder-coating, providing superb protection against corrosion.
