The Cobb Roasting Rack is a fenced stainless steel roasting rack which enables you to roast meats on a Cobb Premier Air, Premier, Pro, Compact and Premier Gas without the need for turning by raising them off the cooking surface.
The vapourisation of the cooking juices which run from the roasting rack into the Cobb barbecue will help flavour the food and keep it moist creating roasts that are surprisingly good for a barbecue which is so small in size.
The versatile Cobb range of barbecues, and accompanying accessories, are designed for supreme portabilty so you can cook anything, anywhere, anytime perfectly roasting, baking, frying, grilling and smoking food wherever you may be.
