The Alfa Forni Oven Base Moderno 5 Pizze base is built with a Monobloc structure using powder-coated carbon steel construction to guarantee the strength and the durability over time to support and give the stability to move an 175kg pizza oven. The pre-assembled Monobloc structure will be extremely easy to build, just add the four wheels, sturdy and perfectly designed to harmonize aesthetically with the Alfa Forni Moderno 5 Pizze Pizza Oven featuring a simple locating system to ensure a flush fit between the base and oven for a stunning look along with both stability and security.

Strong, practical and fantastic looking the Alfa Forni Oven Base Moderno 5 Pizze feature two large retractable side shelves, with a maximum capacity of 10 kg each, giving the potential to extend the worktop for food preparation and plating up space when it is needed. When these are not being used they recess into the Monobloc structure to keep the clean lines intact. The large capacity base shelf can support weights upto 40kg making it ideal to be used to store the wood needed for fuel or a gas cylinder, plus the smaller shelf, located directly below the cooking chamber, gives ready to hand storage potential for all those essentials utensils needed every time the oven is fired up
