The robustly designed and built Alfa Forni Oven Base Moderno 3 Pizze has been created to be the perfect location for both the wood fired or the hybrid Alfa Forni Moderno 3 Pizze Pizza Ovens making ideal for any garden, patio, terrace or out door living space which does not have a suitable surface to support the wood-fired or gas pizza oven.

The design allows it to be easy to assemble, then dis-assemble, making the base convenient to carry when travelling by car to provide the ideal solution to how to create a pizzeria corner wherever it's location may be while the practical handle and four large caster wheels, two of which will lock, allows for simple ease of movement around that chosen location.

The base is built with a powder-coated carbon steel construction to guarantee strength and durability over time and will be simple to assemble, sturdy and is designed to harmonize aesthetically with the Alfa Forni Moderno 3 Pizze Pizza Oven. It features a more robust base with two closed side panels with the base featuring a simple locating system to ensure a flush fit between the base and oven for a stunning look along with both stability and security.

Fantastic looking when combined with the oven the Alfa Forni Oven Base Moderno 3 Pizze features built in practicality including a built-in peel holder so all those essentail utensils will always be there when needed, ready when the pizzas are being fired out every 90 seconds. In addition the stainless steel panel above the sturdy base shelf can be positioned to be used as either a gas cylinder cover or firewood holder depending on whether wood or gas power will be the chosen fuel source with a maximum capacity of 25 kg for the gas cylinder or 30 kg for the wood stored.
