At the heart of the barbecue are three patented stainless steel Dual-Tube burners, delivering a combined 8.8kW main burner output. Broil King's Dual-Tube design is engineered to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface, while Linear-Flow valves with 180-degree control allow you to make precise adjustments to the heat across the grill.

Heavy-duty Flav-R-Cast iron cooking grids provide an excellent surface for searing steaks, burgers, chicken and vegetables. Beneath them sits Broil King's stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, which helps vaporise cooking juices while reducing flare-ups. With 3,356cm² of total cooking space, including a 2,258cm² primary cooking area, there's plenty of room for preparing a complete barbecue meal for family and friends.

The Royal 390 Shadow offers much more than conventional grilling. A powerful 2.7kW side burner gives you a separate cooking zone for sauces, side dishes and pans, while the 4.4kW rear rotisserie burner opens up another style of outdoor cooking. A premium mains-powered rotisserie set is included, making the barbecue ready for spit-roasting joints of meat and poultry.

A rugged Therma-Cast aluminium cook box provides a durable foundation for the cooking system, complemented by a Deluxe Accu-Temp thermometer for convenient temperature monitoring. Black painted steel drop-down side shelves provide useful preparation space and incorporate tool hooks, while the enclosed cabinet keeps the gas bottle and barbecue essentials neatly stored away. Two heavy-duty wheels and two locking castors make positioning the barbecue easier, completing a highly capable gas BBQ built for regular outdoor entertaining.
