The Napoleon TravelQ Pizza Stone has been custom-designed to fit Napoleon TravelQ 285 and 240 series portable barbecue grills. It is constructed with a porous stone which pulls moisture away from the pizza crust, pastries, and breads, to give crispy and light results.
Use a Napoleon TravelQ Pizza Stone to be sure that a BBQ or oven is heating evenly, for increased efficiency when baking for better results every time. The natural surface will not retain odours or flavours making sure that last week's garlic pizza won't flavour this week's biscuits.Just like a cast iron frying pan the stone will season over time to give a non-stick surface. It is recommended to wash a TravelQ Baking Stone by hand, with warm water, once completely cooled avoiding soapy water and scrubbing. Cook a fresh or frozen pizza or bake pastries, cookies, breads, or desserts -the stone will ensure the best results.
