The Napoleon BBQ Smoker Tube and Woodchip Starter Kit includes a durable stainless steel smoker tube to turn a gas grill into a smoker plus four flavours of wood chips for different smoke flavours - Maple, Whiskey Barrel, Cherry and Hickory making it perfect for experimenting with beef, pork, poultry, fish, cheese, and herbs/spices. Fill the stainless steel smoker tube half way with the chips of your choice, submerge in water, then place on the sear plates of your grill. Preheat the grill to low, and place whatever you’re smoking on the grill.
