The Broil King Premium Stainless Steel Wing Rack includes a stainless steel pan and a wing rack with space for upto 12 wings which folds away for convenient storage.
The stainless wing rack allows chicken wings, thighs, drumsticks, etcetera to be hung without placing them on the grill surface to help to cook the wings more evenly without them sticking to the cooking grates and the stainless steel pan catches cooking juices for basting as well as preventing flare ups.
