The inside of the double skin burner box is porcelain enamel coated for easy cleaning and all the excess fat residues accumulated during cooking can be washed into a drip cup underneath the BBQ.
The modular cooking surface of the Cadac Citi Chef 50 Gas BBQ can be simply swapped over with several other separately purchasable cooking surfaces giving 6 cooking options to choose from.
Cadac portable gas BBQs do not come with a regulator and hose included.This is because they are designed to be compatible with multiple gas sources, and no single regulator will suit all options. To ensure users can safely connect their BBQ to their chosen gas supply, Cadac provide regulators and hoses separately—allowing you to select the one best suited to your own setup.
