It is built from a high-quality ceramic for optimum heat storage, resistance to extreme temperatures between 70c and 400c , and a temperature shock resistance that is second to none.

With a fully integrated practical modular Smart Grid System (SGS) that is divided into two sections to enable maximum cooking flexibility the Monolith ONE.66 has the potential to cook using several techniques simultaneously to bake, simmer, direct or indirect cook. All this cooking versatility is aided by the extremely resistant tubular glass fibre seal on the lid and a heavy-duty glass fiber flat strip seal on the body which both ensure that the heat and aromas stay exactly where they belong inside. Plus the reinforced springs and precise height adjustment of the included revised PRO series 2.0 hinge make the lid simpler to use with the reinforced hinge being constructed with powder-coated 4 mm steel for both durability and stability even for prolonged intensive use.
