The Weber Apple Wood Chunks can be classified as a mild all-rounder in terms of flavouring making them ideally suited to the smoking of fish, poultry and pork.
The Weber Apple Wood Chunks are now delivered in a re-sealable bag to ensure that less of apple flavourings are lost when stored between smoking sessions.
Simply soak the chunks in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.
