Plus the precise, consistent heat available is designed to rapidly achieve cooking temperature to cooks food evenly across the grates for perfectly grilled meals every time for confident grilling and reliable performance every the BBQ is fired up.

Ignite each individual one of the four burners easily with one hand on the Weber Spirit E-425 Plancha with Sear Zone Gas BBQ as the Snap-Jet Ignition will simply light individual burners with the turn of a control knob the ignition snapping and then igniting each burner individually to control the heat precisely with a full range of temperatures from high to low and everything in between. The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates are split into two cooking zones with 50% as a classic porcelain enamel cast iron cooking surface and 50% as a non-stick flat-top plancha cooking surface with both cooking surfaces designed to stay searingly hot efficiently retaining heat across the cooking surface to create beautiful sear marks, plus to be easy to clean, and are built to last.
