Constructed with a durable and easy to clean porcelain-enamelled cast iron the griddle is non-stick and perfect for foods like eggs, bacon, smashed burgers, pancakes, delicate fish, and more. It efficiently distributes heat across it's whole surface for delicious and consistent results giving the option to griddle on one side of the BBQ and still use the cooking grate to sear on the other side at the same time.
