The Austin XL Onyx pellet grill is one of the largest models in the Pit Boss range. Its 5,954 cm² cooking area is spread across two levels, offering plenty of space for larger cooks. The grill is deep and spacious enough to prepare around 50 burgers at once, making it ideal for parties, events and garden gatherings. With a 14 kg hopper capacity, you can also enjoy longer cooking times without the need for frequent refilling.
Using fan-assisted convection cooking, the grill quickly reaches temperatures of up to 260°C for consistent and even heat distribution. For high-heat searing, Flame Broiler™ technology allows you to switch easily from indirect cooking to direct flame grilling, reaching temperatures of up to 535°C.
The grill also includes two probe ports and two meat probes, allowing you to monitor multiple dishes at the same time. A dial thermometer on the lid lets you check the internal temperature without having to lift the lid and lose heat.
