The unique Cobb BBQ design is the ultimate in both portability and versatility with it's compact size combined with the ability to grill, roast or smoke food with the heat being contained within the barbecue so the base remains cool to touch.
The Cobb Premier is incredibly fuel-efficient needing only a handful of briquettes to provides up to 3 hours of cooking time as more of the heat generated is kept within the Cobb Premier.
The food is kept separate from the fuel for healthier results, and a cleaner barbecue, so there's no smoking, charring or fat-dripping flare-ups. Where the food to be cooked sits is surrounded by a moat to collect cooking juices to infuse roasts with more flavours or, when the moat is filled with water, to cook boiled potatoes.
Staying cool to touch on the outside the Cobb Premier is easier to use in well ventilated confined spaces so that it can be used almost anywhere outdoors it's portable size allows it to be transported to whilst it's steel bowl, dome and non-stick grill are all dishwasher safe making cleaning a much simpler process than that of many other barbecues when you arrive home.
The Cobb Premier is compatible with all of the range of well designed and thought out Cobb Premier accessories, such as a Fry Pan, Griddle and Fry Dish, to widen the possibilities for what can be cooked within the unit.
