Introducing the New Weber Burger Press! This little gadget is ideal for home made burgers, mix your mince with onions, herbs and spices then pop the mix in and press down for the perfect pattie. It also has 2 markers for 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound patties.

- Ingredients
- 675g Lean beef mince
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- Half an Onion, coarsely grated
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 225g Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced (optional)
- Salt & pepper
- 4 Sesame hamburger buns or crusty rolls, split
- Sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup to serve
Method
- 1. Mix the mince, onion, crushed garlic and worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper, once mixed divide in to 4 even balls and use the burger press to shape.
- 2. Place on the barbecue directly over a medium heat and cook for 12-16 minutes turning once. If desired add cheese for last couple of mintues.
- 3. Serve on bun with choice of topping, serve with sald for a healthy option.
