Is the Mesa Torch smokeless? No, it is not. Because of the type of fuel used, the Mesa Torch will have a small amount of smoke particularly when first lighting, and can leave a soot residue on the metal components while burning.

How do I light my Mesa Torch? After assembly and placing your torch in the desired location, fill the canister with Torch Fuel, insert the wick into the canister cap, leaving approximately ½” to ¾” exposed, and screw the cap lightly into place. Let the wick soak for approximately 15-30 minutes, then light it with a long-stem lighter.

How long does one fill of fuel last? One full canister will typically last approximately 5 hours, depending on wind conditions and other variables.
