The Outback Jupiter 4 Burner Gas BBQ - Blue is powered by 4 stainless steel burners for an even heat distribution sat beneath the two porcelain-coated cast iron grills, now including the multi-cook grill, which make up the 64 cm x 42 cm main cooking area. The 4 stainless steel burners are individually controlled using easy read control knobs and lit using a integra spark rotary ignition. One of the side tables contains a side burner.
Between the 4 stainless steel burners and the cooking surface sit 4 flame tamers/Vapor bars which are used for their superior capacity in maximising the vaporisation of excess cooking fats back into the cook box to give food the distinctive barbecue taste minimising flare ups that taint the taste of food to fully enhance the taste experience achieved. Any excess fats or cooking juices which do not fall onto the Flame Tamers/Vapor bars will fall down into, and be collected in, the easy to clean single tier drip tray.
The storage cabinet behind the dual doors contains an accessory holder for the separately pizza stone, wok and griddle accessories which fit into the interchangeable multi-cook grill. Fours castors, two of which lock, allow for easy movement when stowing away or chasing the sun.
