The Masterbuilt - MPS 230S Dual Fuel Smoker can be fuelled with either bottled Propane Gas or Charcoal giving the opportunity to create the much sought after, distinctive flavour of charcoal or use the easy consistent heat and control of propane.

To achieve this the Masterbuilt - MPS 230S Dual Fuel Smoker features an unique patented Flame Disc Bowl that sits above it's gas burner and beneath the water bowl. Put some wood chunks in the Flame Disc Bowl when smoking with gas or simply fill the Flame Disc Bowl with charcoal if smoking with charcoal for easy to achieve flavoursome results with our chrome-coated racks providing plenty of room to smoke and master the art of smoking.

A built-in temperature gauge will monitor cooking temperature while a push-button ignition lights the burner quickly and easily.
