The Napoleon PRO285 Series Pizza Oven and Rotisserie Kit features an innovative design, with a detachable door, to help create evenly cooked and perfectly crisp pizza within it's enclosed stainless steel construction as it expands the cooking space available under the lid of the PRO285 or PRO285X to create the optimal conditions for the perfect distribution of heat within the cooking space.
