A four piece Weber Lumin Electric Barbecue - Versatility Expansion Kit will greatly widen the cooking opportunities available on a Weber Lumin Electric BBQ converting it so it can be used for "low and slow" cooking of ribs, pork shoulder or other classic slow cooked foods.

The included dual-purpose reservoir, perfect for smoking or steaming, expands the steam and smoke functionality right across the whole cooking surface turning a Lumin BBQ’s smoke infusion function into a full electric smoker. Simply add wood chips " low and slow cooked" standbys like ribs, pork shoulders and brisket. or use the capabilty to steam fresh veggies and whole fish or lobster. Plus when it’s time to eat the two warming dishes will keep all the fantastic food at serving temperature for hours without scorching or drying out for buffet style eating
