Monolith SMART Grid System - LeChef Cast Iron Plancha (Half) for Monolith PRO series is an accessory compatible for use with the Monolith SMART Grid System that is included as an integral part of the Monolith LeChef PRO-Series 1.0 or can be separately purchased to retro-fit within an older Monolith LeChef.
The semi-circular plancha made of cast iron takes up half the grilling surface of the LeChef and can be used together with one of the stainless steel grates or a cast grate.
The Monolith LeChef Pro Plancha is great for the preparation of pancakes, scrambled eggs, seafood and any other smaller sized foods which would fall through the gaps in a stanaged grill surface.
