Monolith Fish Plank

The plank is combined with a stainless steel frame which holds the food in place and is supplied with a stainless steel fitting two part universal fitting which connects it, at the perfect cooking angle, to your cooking grill. Angled from the outer edge of your grill over the cooking area, asado style, creates the required offset cooking position and with a ceramic grill use with the heat deflector in place. Place the fish thick end facing downwards and thinner end at the top. Your fish should be cooked within 35 to 40 minutes.


The plank is approximately 43cm in length and is 2.54cm thick. It should be soaked before use to prolong its cooking life but can be used again and again. Soaking not only inhibits burning but also promotes the infusion of smoke flavour during gentle cooking.
