Using a high efficiency burner twinned with efficient porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grates to ensure all foods, meat or vegetarian, will cook evenly to create memorable and mouth watering dishes. With an extra 46% additional space under the higher domed lid than found on earlier Weber Q models there is a much greater capacity for roasting poultry or joints of meat to widen the options to put on the menu.
