The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates are designed to stay searingly hot efficiently retaining heat across the cooking surface to create beautiful sear marks, plus to be easy to clean, and are built to last. Not only are the porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates excellent for heat retention, and easy to clean, they are Weber Crafted accessorry compatible and accommodate Gourmet BBQ System custom-fit grillware (sold separately) so a Dutch oven, poultry roaster and even more can by added for true versatility.
Sitting just below the Weber Crafted porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates on the Weber Spirit E-335 with Sear Zone and Side Burner Gas BBQ are well designed Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars shaped to successfully catch and vaporize excess cooking juices, boosting grilled flavour and funnelling grease away from the three burners into the Grease Managemnt System to minimise any chance of flare-ups. The Grease Management System makes life even simpler with it's large drip pan and removable grease tray that slides out for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance to minimise the hassle when the day is done.

For plenty of food preparation or plating up space easy to clean scratch-resistant side tables will provide extra space for those needs, plus keeping grilling essentials close at hand and within reach using the four utensil looks which are just ideal to keep tongs and spatulas ready to grab every time they are needed.
