The efficient and durable Masterbuilt Gravity Series - XT Digital Charcoal BBQ and Smoker features a premium fit and finish with it's extra tough -"XT" - construction having strengthened features like the fibreglass mesh gasket, the U-shaped manifold, which minimises the chance of flare ups, plus the easy clean-up full body removable grease tray. These are all combined with the four full body stainless steel warming racks to maximise the potential of every inch of cooking space. The efficiency enhancing features include a dual-wall insulation with a porcelain coating for the interior with a fuel saver optimized body design to promote longer burn times for a more efficient smoking experience with a fibreglass mesh gasket around the lid for efficient superior performance over heat, moisture and smoke retention giving a 33% longer burn time compared to the other models in Masterbuilt's Gravity Series
