In the unlikely event your barbecue arrives damaged, short or incorrect, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the items and the original delivery charge you paid on your order for us to send the goods to you (if applicable).
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
We need to be notified of damage, shortages or incorrectly received items within 30 days. Contact us before returning any damaged, faulty or incorrectly received items. Do not send back any damaged or incorrectly received item, unless advised by a member of our customer service team.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the item within 30 days of receiving the replacement item.
