Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE: NO DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE ON BANK HOLIDAYS.

Pallet deliveries are only available to the UK MAINLAND and to Northern Ireland (additional cost to Northern Ireland).

The majority of barbecues weighing over 30kg will be delivered on a wooden pallet (approx 1.2m square), this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

The delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, carry the barbecue through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside.

On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.

Additional charges applicable to Scottish Islands & Highlands including (HS1-9, IV1-39, IV40-51, IV54-54, IV55-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA21-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, PH49-50 ZE1-3) additional postcodes may not be listed

On orders under £50 and weighing under 2kg in weight there is the option to send items with Small Parcel Courier (EVRI) service costing £2.95

Items must weigh under 2kg and be no more than 60cm in length and are being delivered to the MAINLAND UK.

Orders will be despatched via a small parcel courier which may take up to 5 / 7 working days to arrive.

Orders under £50 weighing over 2kg will incur our standard courier charge.

Please do not select the Small Parcel Courier delivery option if your order if of a urgent nature.

Please note items may be despatched to you in the original manufacturer's box without additional packaging. If the item is for a gift please call us with your order reference immediately after placing the order and we will despatch your order in a plain box wherever possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to the Channel Islands including Guernsey and Jersey and BFPO's addresses.

We are unable to ship any bulk order of charcoal, lumpwood, pellets, or any other BBQ fuels to offshore locations.
