Christmas Delivery - LARGE BBQ PALLET DELIVERY
Please note there are no pallet deliveries being made over the Christmas period. Orders placed between the 19th of December and the 1st of January will be delivered during the first week of the New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: NO DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE ON BANK HOLIDAYS.
Large BBQ's Over 30KG - PALLET DELIVERY
Pallet deliveries are only available to the UK MAINLAND and to Northern Ireland (additional cost to Northern Ireland).
The majority of barbecues weighing over 30kg will be delivered on a wooden pallet (approx 1.2m square), this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, carry the barbecue through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.

Small BBQ's & Accessories - DPD DELIVERY
On orders under £50 and weighing under 2kg in weight there is the option to send items with Small Parcel Courier (Royal Mail) service costing £2.95
Items must weigh under 2kg and be no more than 60cm in length and are being delivered to the MAINLAND UK.
Orders will be despatched via a small parcel courier which may take up to 5 / 7 working days to arrive.
Orders under £50 weighing over 2kg will incur our standard courier charge.
Please do not select the Small Parcel Courier delivery option if your order if of a urgent nature.
