The Gozney Dome XL Gen 2 is Gozney's largest and most versatile outdoor oven, designed for serious outdoor cooking and entertaining. Offering an impressive 90% more cooking space than the original Dome, there's room to cook three 10-inch pizzas, two 12-inch pizzas or one huge 18-inch pizza at once. From restaurant-quality pizza and artisan bread to roasted meats, vegetables and complete family feasts, the Dome XL Gen 2 brings professional-level performance to your outdoor kitchen.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Dome XL Gen 2 delivers the intense heat required for authentic high-temperature pizza cooking while providing the control needed for roasting, baking and slower cooks. Its generous cooking chamber features a 30mm removable cordierite stone floor for excellent heat retention and recovery between cooks.

The Dome XL Gen 2 features an intuitive digital temperature display providing real-time air and stone temperature information, alongside two meat probes that allow you to monitor separate cuts of meat during cooking. Combined with Gozney's advanced gas burner system and commercial-grade construction, it provides exceptional control whether you're cooking a quick pizza or preparing a full outdoor feast.

Important Fuel Information: The Dome XL Gen 2 is supplied ready to cook using gas straight out of the box. For customers wanting to cook with wood or charcoal, the optional Gozney Wood-Fire Control Kit is required and is sold separately. The Wood-Fire Control Kit is not included with the standard oven and must be purchased as an additional accessory for wood and charcoal cooking.
