The Gozney Dome Gen 2 is Gozney's most advanced outdoor oven, delivering restaurant-quality results from your own garden. Ready to cook with gas straight out of the box, it offers over 40% more cooking space than the original Dome, making it ideal for everything from authentic Neapolitan pizzas and artisan bread to roasted meats, vegetables and desserts. For those wanting the authentic flavour of live-fire cooking, the Dome Gen 2 can also be used with wood and charcoal when fitted with the optional Gozney Wood-Fire Control Kit, which is sold separately.

Built around a commercial-grade insulated cooking chamber, the Dome Gen 2 reaches temperatures of up to 500°C, allowing you to cook authentic pizza in as little as 60 seconds. Gozney's signature lateral rolling gas flame provides exceptional heat distribution across the cooking stone, while the integrated digital display shows both air and stone temperatures for precise cooking control.

The oven also features two integrated digital meat probes, making it easy to monitor roasts, fish and larger cuts of meat with precision. While the oven includes everything needed for gas cooking, customers should note that wood and charcoal cooking requires the purchase of the Gozney Wood-Fire Control Kit. This accessory is not included with the oven and must be purchased separately.
