Fire up the two red Boost burner knobs that unleash 40% more power in the Sear Zone to use all that heat to create bold, flavourful sear marks on meat, fish and vegetables.

Use the Weber Spirit S-435 Gas BBQ's Snap-Jet Ignition to power up each individual burner with ease with one hand to control the heat output precisely for control over the full range of temperatures from high to low and everything in between. The heavy duty, porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grates willl easily flip over to fit seprately purchasable Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) grillware, giving opportunities for ultimate cooking versatility to transform the BBQ with griddle, pizza stone, cross-hatch sear grate inserts and more.
